2021–2023
My ESCENDO experience spans a competition award in 2021, an operations appointment in 2022, and leading the planning committee for ESCENDO 2023.
Garage@EEE awarded me the Most Business Potential Award at ESCENDO 2021.
As Vice President (Operations) from August 2021 to May 2022, I led a five-person operations team within a committee of more than 40 people. ESCENDO 2022 involved 150 participants.
The role put me on the organising side of the event, working with the wider committee to support the programme.
As President from August 2022 to May 2023, I led a 63-person planning committee. Event capacity increased from 150 to 400 places.
Alongside the main event, six workshops in the first semester drew more than 300 participants in total.
The progression from participant to operations lead and president gave me experience on both sides of a student engineering event: developing ideas and creating opportunities for other students to do the same.

I led a seven-person team that combined microcontroller-based puzzles into a working miniature escape room. The team earned champion recognition and took the project to university showcases and outreach events.
